Whether you are recovering from an injury, new to Pilates and want to get comfortable with the moves & equipment before joining a group class, pre-natal or post-natal, an athlete who wants to work on specific exercises to enhance their sport, or you just want to try the fun pieces of equipment in our Private suite, a private session is for you!
