Here at Gold Lion Pilates I offer a clean, inviting, and positive environment for your movement practice. No more having to walk through a busy gym or studio that feels intimidating and overwhelming. I welcome you into my home and into my studio where you will feel empowered, safe, and heard. I am all about the one on one connection which is why I treat my clients with empathy, respect, and most of all compassion. I believe that the trust you give me with your body & fitness journey comes first beyond anything else. You are here for you (not me) and I want you to get everything you want & more out of our work together.

Here at GLP, whether you’re taking a Private Session or Group Class, you will always get the personalized attention you deserve. There are never more than 3 people in a Group Class which is a rare thing to find in a studio setting. We want everyone to move, feel amazing, and most importantly have fun!
