All classes at Gold Lion Pilates are Reformer based

Foundation Flow

Foundation Flow is the perfect class for all levels of practice starting with the beginner who would like to ease into Pilates with learning the fundamentals, equipment, and movement variations. This class is also wonderful for those who have Pilates experience and would like to slow it down a notch, perfect form, and play around with resistance in movements they've already mastered.

Elongate


Elongate is a 45 minute class completely dedicated to stretch, lengthen, and release. Starting with a gentle warm-up then moving into those juicy stretches & mobility exercises that will leave you feeling inches taller! We will utilize the mat, reformer, Tower, and other various props.

This class is perfect for every level.

Level Up Flow

Ready to build on your foundation? Level Up Flow is designed for clients who feel comfortable in Foundations and are ready for a little more challenge. This class bridges the gap between Foundations and Intermediate by layering in more dynamic sequencing, longer flows, and optional progressions—while still offering supportive modifications when needed.

You’ll deepen your understanding of Pilates fundamentals, refine control and alignment, and explore opportunities to “level up” when it feels right for your body.

Elevate

Elevate is an all levels class that features our jump board (think of cardio on the reformer)! We will get those hear rates up with a series of jumping, strength training, circuits, and functional movement. It's a fun fast paced class that will get you sweating in no time.

*Not recommended for those with knee injuries, vertigo, or anyone who doesn't like jumping(lol)*

Intermediate Flow

Designed for seasoned movers, this class is an intermediate to advanced class that pushes your Pilates practice to the next level. This mixed equipment session weaves together Reformer, Tower, and props like weights and resistance tools for a full-body experience that’s both powerful and precise.

Expect challenging choreography, dynamic transitions, and creative standing sequences on the Reformer. A strong understanding of Pilates principles and confident movement are essential. This is where control meets intensity—perfect for those ready to elevate their strength, stamina, and flow.

Advanced Flow

Advanced Flow is our most technical and challenging class, designed for experienced clients with a strong, consistent Pilates practice. This class moves at a faster pace and dives into advanced repertoire, including inversions, standing balance work on the Reformer, complex transitions, and high-level coordination challenges. Various props, tower, and weights will be used.

Due to the advanced nature of this class, instructor approval is required to ensure safety and the best experience for everyone.

This class is for those ready to move with precision, control, confidence—and a willingness to be challenged.
