Erin has been passionate about yoga and Pilates since her early 20s. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and worked as a Registered Dietitian before becoming a mother. In 2020, Erin was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, an autoimmune inflammatory arthritis, which deepened her appreciation for movement as medicine. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the incredible benefits of Pilates for improving mobility, building strength, reducing pain, and supporting overall well-being.

Inspired by the therapeutic impact Pilates had on her life, Erin completed over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training and apprenticeship teaching in early 2022. Since then, she has been teaching both group classes and private sessions with a focus on helping clients move well for life. Erin believes that “motion is lotion” for the joints and brings a compassionate, encouraging approach to every class she teaches.

With her background in nutrition, personal experience navigating chronic illness, and extensive Pilates education, Erin understands that every body is different and that our needs can change from day to day. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered through movement. Erin is so excited to be part of the Gold Lion Pilates team and share her love of Pilates with the community.
