A Pilates certification from a high-quality training program is a valuable credential that is recognized and respected by studios, fitness facilities, and clients alike. At Gold Lion Pilates, our goal is to prepare you for far more than simply leading a class. You'll develop the knowledge and confidence to work with real bodies, understand common injuries and movement limitations, and apply evidence-informed teaching principles in a variety of settings.
Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to help you become a skilled, adaptable instructor while also preparing you to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam should you choose to pursue national certification.

We offer a bridge pathway for instructors who have already completed Pilates teacher training through another program.
Because every certification program differs in curriculum, hours, and educational standards, bridge placement is determined on an individual basis. We carefully review your existing certifications, training hours, and the institution where you completed your education to determine which portions of the Gold Lion Pilates Teacher Training Program are necessary to meet our certification standards.
If you're interested in a bridge program, please email us with copies of your certifications and a brief overview of your training. After reviewing your information, we'll provide a personalized pathway outlining any required coursework and your adjusted tuition.
Your tuition will be customized based on the portions of the curriculum that transfer into our program. Any coursework we determine meets our educational requirements will be credited toward your certification, and your pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Our goal is to honor the education you've already completed while ensuring every Gold Lion Pilates graduate leaves with the same depth of knowledge, teaching confidence, and movement expertise that our program is known for.
